Przemysław Widacki becomes new Vice President M&A of ARVOS Group

Heidelberg, Germany. ARVOS Holding GmbH appointed Przemysław Widacki as new Vice President M&A. From August 1st on, Widacki is responsible for the preparation and execution of M&A activities of the whole ARVOS Group and reports directly to Guillaume Boutillot, Director Corporate Strategy.

We are sure that he will contribute to the ARVOS Group’s success.”

Widacki received his Master of Business Administration at CEIBS, China, and holds a Master of Science degree in General Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lille, France.

From 2009 until 2011, he worked as a consultant at the engineering consulting firm P3 Ingenieurgesellschaft in Toulouse, France, where he gained general  experience of working for global engineering-oriented companies. Before that, he has been a supply chain professional for the consumer goods retailer Oxylane Group in Asia. Prior to joining the ARVOS Group, Przemyslaw Widacki has been accountable for different due diligence projects in several service and industry  sectors as a consultant at the management consultancy company The Boston Consulting Group in Europe.
