During this period he served as, inter alia, Director of Sales & Execution and as General Manager and Managing Director in Kassel, Germany. As Managing Director of ARVOS Group and President of SCHMIDTSCHE SCHACK Division, Karsten Stückrath will continue to utilize his broad experience in sales and engineering matters to guide the Group as the industry leader in heat transfer solutions.

He holds a BBA in Accounting (1989) and an MBA (1996). Prior to ARVOS Group, Randy worked at Federal Signal Corporation and Broadwind Energy in various capacities, including VP of Finance, Operations, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain Management, and General Management. He started at LJUNGSTRÖM and Raymond Bartlett Snow as CFO and was promoted to COO of LJUNGSTRÖM in 2021. As CEO/President of LJUNGSTRÖM since 2023, he continues to leverage his broad experience and leadership skills to steer the organization forward.
