Prior to ARVOS Group, Randy worked at Federal Signal Corporation and Broadwind Energy in various capacities, including VP of Finance, Operations, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain Management, and General Management. He started at LJUNGSTRÖM and Raymond Bartlett Snow as CFO and was promoted to COO of LJUNGSTRÖM in 2021. As CEO/President of LJUNGSTRÖM since 2023, he continues to leverage his broad experience and leadership skills to steer the organization forward.
